The project was undertaken to assess the impact of the digital media-based
programs, designed to build life skills and self-confidence among adolescents
and equip them for accessing sexual and reproductive health and rights in
Assam. The objective of the study was to compare the knowledge, attitude and
practices of adolescent girls in sexual and reproductive health, life skills
and decision making along with major socio-economic and cultural factors across
Kamrup, Dhubri and Nagaon districts of Assam. The target population were
unmarried adolescent girls aged 10-14 years and 15-19 years and married girls
aged 15-21 years.
