Dr. Prabhu Ponnusamy is a research and Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) expert with over two decades of experience across public health, media, environment, and social impact sectors. He specializes in large-scale health surveys, impact evaluations, and data analytics, having led key studies like DLHS and NFHS. His expertise includes M&E framework design, data management, statistical analysis (STATA, SPSS), and digital data collection tools (CSPro, ODK, SurveyCTO). He has also set up Monitoring Information Systems (MIS) with interactive tracking dashboards using platforms like Looker Studio, Power BI, and Tableau for real-time data visualization and decision-making. Before founding Iotalytics, he worked with Mamta-HIMC, Population Services International, UN Agencies, IIPS Mumbai, and Population Research Centre, Gandhigram, collaborating with governments, donor agencies, and NGOs.
Dr. Ponnusamy holds a Ph.D. in Population Studies and a background in Statistics. He has authored research publications, developed evaluation frameworks, and conducted training workshops on data analytics, M&E methodologies, and dashboard-based data visualization. Sr. Consultant Research
Dr. C. Ramanjuam is a distinguished demographer and social researcher with over four decades of experience in designing and leading large-scale surveys and research studies across India. His areas of expertise span fertility, mortality, migration, public health, family welfare, nutrition, environment, women’s empowerment, social exclusion, and evaluation of government welfare programs.
He holds an M.Sc. in Statistics, a Ph.D. in Population Studies from Sri Venkateswara University, Tirupati, and advanced professional training in Demography from the East-West Centre/University of Hawai‘i, Honolulu, USA. Dr. C. Ramanjuam served as the Director of the Population Research Centre, Gandhigram, Tamil Nadu, and held additional leadership positions including Director (In-charge) of the parent institute and Head of the Centre for Social Exclusion and Inclusive Policy at Gandhigram Rural University. He was also appointed as Professor Emeritus (UGC) at the Centre for Applied Research, Gandhigram Rural University.
He has led the Tamil Nadu component of the first three rounds of the National Family Health Survey (NFHS) and the District Level Health Survey (DLHS). Over his career, he has completed 104 research projects, primarily providing evidence-based feedback to central and state governments, and has authored or co-authored 128 research reports and scholarly articles.

Dr. Sonali Daniel is a seasoned public health expert with over 22 years of experience in global health programming, policy advocacy, and implementation research across India and internationally. With core expertise in Maternal and Child Health, Nutrition, Adolescent Health, and Infectious Diseases (TB, HIV/AIDS, NTDs), she has led large-scale evaluations, implementation gap analyses, and health system strengthening initiatives supported by WHO, UNICEF, USAID, and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.
Her key competencies span technical assistance, M&E, capacity building, BCC, supply chain assessments, and health financing (including Ayushman Bharat). Dr. Daniel has successfully contributed to strategic projects such as IMNCI, RKSK, and the Suposhan Initiative, and has introduced innovations like the Haemoque anemia testing solution for underserved districts in Chhattisgarh. She brings a strong track record in evaluating and designing programs focused on childhood pneumonia, immunization dropouts, and WASH across high-priority geographies.

Sundara Babu Nagappan, is a
public policy analyst and social science researcher with over 25 years of
experience in grassroots development, rights-based research, and policy
advocacy across India and internationally. A Ph.D. graduate from Jawaharlal
Nehru University, his work has focused on informal worker welfare, social
protection, cooperative farming, mental health, environmental and coastal
rights, occupational safety, and legal compliance. He has collaborated with
leading institutions such as the ILO, UNDP, CSIR-CLRI, and the Planning
Commission of India, as well as with global civil society coalitions like the
Working Peoples’ Charter and the Civil Society Partnership for Development
Effectiveness. Dr. Nagappan has led numerous socio-economic studies, social
audits, and community-based research initiatives, and has facilitated
participatory training, campaign design, and policy dialogue. His expertise

Sr. Consultant - Child Protection & Investigation on safeguarding Specialist
Dr.
P. Bala Murugan is a highly
experienced development professional, social work researcher, and child rights
advocate with over 28 years of extensive engagement in grassroots programming,
policy advocacy, and rights-based development. With a Ph.D. in Social Work and
an LL.M. in Labour Laws, he has led and supported large-scale initiatives
focused on child protection, bonded and migrant labour, trafficking prevention,
and community empowerment—particularly within supply chains like textiles and
agriculture. He has worked in leadership and technical advisory roles with
renowned organizations such as UNICEF, Save the Children, Freedom Fund, and
Geneva Global, managing partnerships, designing interventions, and mentoring

Chattarpal Singh Chauhan is a
dynamic supply chain and business operations expert with over two decades of
experience in the pharmaceutical and public health sectors. He brings deep
expertise in procurement, warehousing, logistics, regulatory compliance, and
supply chain system design. Known for his ability to drive cost efficiency and
operational excellence, Chattarpal has led strategic sourcing, vendor
management, and supply chain optimization for both private and public health
organizations.
His

PSI, and Jhpiego (Johns Hopkins University affiliate) has involved
strengthening state-level health supply chains, enhancing workforce capacities,

Mr. Pandey has led and coordinated major national surveys including the Annual Health Survey (AHS I, II, III) in Uttar Pradesh and Jharkhand, the Integrated Biological and Behavioural Surveillance (IBBS) in Himachal Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir, Haryana, and Punjab, as well as RIMCH across 75 districts of Uttar Pradesh. Dr. Masthan Tadapatri is a field operations specialist with over a decade of experience in executing large-scale health and demographic surveys across India. He holds a Master’s degree and a Ph.D. in Geography from Sri Krishnadevaraya University, Anantapur, Andhra Pradesh.
He has served as a State Implementation Officer for several flagship national surveys conducted by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MoHFW), Government of India, in collaboration with IIPS.
